Term and Termination

Subject to this Section, these Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. Upon termination of your rights under these Terms, your Account and right to access and use the Site will terminate immediately. You understand that any termination of your Account may involve deletion of your User Content associated with your Account from our live databases. Applicability of Arbitration Agreement

All claims and disputes in connection with the Terms or the use of any product or service provided by the Company that cannot be resolved informally or in small claims court shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the terms of this Arbitration Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to, all arbitration proceedings shall be held in English. This Arbitration Agreement applies to you and the Company, and to any subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors in interest, successors, and assigns, as well as all authorized or unauthorized users or beneficiaries of services or goods provided under the Terms.

Notice Requirement and Informal Dispute Resolution. Before either party may seek arbitration, the party must first send to the other party a written Notice of Dispute describing the nature and basis of the claim or dispute, and the requested relief. After the Notice is received, you and the Company may attempt to resolve the claim or dispute informally. If you and the Company do not resolve the claim or dispute within thirty (30) days after the Notice is received, either party may begin an arbitration proceeding. The amount of any settlement offer made by any party may not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator has determined the amount of the award to which either party is entitled.

Registration; Transactions; Terms Of Registration

Transactions

  1. Method of Payment. In order to complete a Transaction, user may need to provide a method of payment (“Payment Account”) as specified during the registration process. User may execute a single Transaction at a time or execute multiple Transactions on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.), depending upon the options selected during the Transaction process. You authorize Enable Uganda to charge your Payment Account at the frequency and in the amounts designated by you during the Transaction process. All fees will be billed via the method of payment you designate during the Transaction process. Once submitted, amounts paid are generally non-refundable. However, in the event your donation was not intended for Enable Uganda, you may request a refund. Enable Uganda may periodically need to increase the donation amount and in such cases, Enable Uganda will announce the increase before any additional deductions are made. You will always have the option to decline an increase.
  2. Donations. User acknowledges and agrees that Enable Uganda did not provide any goods or services to User personally in consideration for any donations made by User as part of a Transaction. Enable Uganda will apply User’s donations in accordance with its internal policies and procedures.

Refund Policy

Enable Uganda offers a 7-day Money Back Guarantee Policy. In this Policy, members can request a refund within 7 days after signing up for the membership if they are not satisfied with the service. Only members paying through card or PayPal are eligible for the 7-day Money Back Guarantee. Members paying through international bank transfers will not be refunded due to high transaction costs. No refund will be issued after 7 days.

Please note that we will not be issuing refunds for the unwanted auto-renewal of your membership. All members receive at least 4 system reminders every week 30 days prior to billing with an option to cancel the subscription. Besides, card users get additional reminders via email about the automatic billing and renewal of the subscription. As per the industry standards, we have put in proper systems to ensure that the membership is automatically renewed without interruption of the service, and all members are informed by email about the auto-renewal.

We will not be held responsible if you were not aware of the automatic billing on your card or PayPal account as sufficient reminders are sent to your registered email address and no refund will be issued in this case.

Digital Communications

  1. Intellectual Property License.  User owns all of the content and information posted by User on website.  For content and information that is covered by intellectual property rights (“IP Content”), User specifically grants Enable Uganda a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Content that is posted, uploaded or otherwise stored through User’s use of the features on website.

Registration Information

We may at times require that you register for certain products and/or services, and/or to make purchases, or register and/or set up an account/profile to access, visit and/or use certain portions of the Service, or the Service as a whole, in which case you may be provided, or required to choose, a password and/or User ID, and you may provide a credit, debit, or charge card number, or other payment information, as well as your name, telephone number(s), email and/or street address, and other personally identifiable information. You agree, represent, warrant, and guarantee that all Registration Information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, up-to-date, and solely yours. You may not impersonate, imitate, or pretend to be somebody else when registering and/or setting up an account/profile on the Service. If any of your Registration Information changes, you must update it promptly by using the mechanism or contact information on the Service that allows you to change or update your Registration Information, if available. If no such mechanism or contact information is available on the Service, please notify Al-Bayan Hajj & Umrah Travel Agency as described in our Privacy Policy.
